A deed-restricted acreage community, the Estates of Clear Creek was developed in 1996 by Bluegreen Properties of the Southwest. Wooded home sites range from 2 to 10 acres. ECC offers 2 fish-stocked ponds and a park. Many of our residents are horse enthusiasts. Horses are allowed at a ratio of 1 per acre. Wildlife is abundant in ECC. Common seen wildlife include white-tailed deer, cottontail rabbits, raccoons, roadrunners, woodpeckers and various songbirds. ECC residents enjoy country living near the city.
